Dr. Wandy Taylor
Expert Educational Advisor
Dr. Wandy Taylor has 23 years of experience as an administrator in public education. She has worked in South Carolina and Georgia as a counselor, assistant principal, director of early childhood development, and principal. In addition, she worked 15 years in the corporate sector as a director of human resource services and previously served as the Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees for the Gwinnett County Public Library System.
Her experiences in the field of public education have allowed her to develop an expertise in the areas of leadership development, instructional leadership, Title I planning, culturally responsive pedagogy, site assessment, early childhood education, and building effective school-community partnerships. Dr. Taylor currently works as a part-time consultant with the Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement (GLISI) and is CEO of Taylor & Taylor Education Consultants.

Dr. Taylor holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership & Management from Capella University, an Ed.S. in Educational Administration from the University of West Georgia, an M.Ed. from South Carolina State University, and a BA from the University of South Carolina.
